The Democrats top two agenda items when they take power in November is
the impeachment of President Bush, and Black reparations. Let's look at
these two items, with respect to the law of unintended consequences. The
impeachment and conviction of President Bush would make Vice-President
Cheney, President. This could give President Cheney a big advantage in the
2008 election. Many think that if the impeached President Clinton had
stepped aside, that today we would be in the midst of President Gore's
second term. The Democrats fanatical defense of Clinton cost them the White
House for 8 years. Another example of the law of unintended consequences.
Now let's look at Black reparations. I think Democrat Party leaders feel
like they have to reward Blacks, because without the 93% of Blacks voting
for Democrats, they would be a very small party, with few elected officials.

directive. When Black Democrats start receiving checks, what will the
non-black Democrats think? It could destroy the Democrat party, as jealousy
and greed cause a civil war within the party, another possible outcome of
