Why vote Democrat and wait?

Even if most of the elections went the Democrats way, it would take a
minimum of 20 years for the socialist utopia to raise up in the way they
invision. If you're 40-50 years old now, it's already too late to think
that voting for Democrats will make a difference in your life. Read the
obits of deceased Liberals in your area. They'll say something like,
he/she fought for social justice, or he/she was an activist, etc. How sad
to be rolled into a grave, not being able to see any results of your labor.
So what is the answer for an ageing Democrat activist fighting for social
justice? Why try to create a socialist utopia here, when you can travel
today to a socialist utopia. Here are a few places you could re-locate
today, and experience the social justice you so desire:

Havana, Cuba
Caracus, Venezuela
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Harare, Zimbabwe

requiring it's acceptance as "truth"

The term "social justice" enters in when, from reading
history, we can predict what happens when government
fails to curtail personal and corporate wealth and
power and fails to "redistribute" wealth of the nation
on an equitable rationale.

Had they not, slavery, Jim Crow, segregation, would
have been still in place, no right to attorneys when
accused by government, arbitrary use of police power to
force your obediance, and a handful of rich, white,
powerful individuals and corporations would tell you
where to live, when to work, what wages you could have
( but only if you accepted THEIR views)

Nah. I grew up in a socialist utopia. We had free health care; great
public education; subsidized/discounted food and apparel and sundries;
we had free community pools and youth centers; free use of all sorts
of things from camping gear to boats; we even had all the free movies
we wanted. (They also even set up a center with a huge record library,
record players and tape recorders where you could go copy all the
music you wanted to tape.)

It was amazing. Great teachers who competed for the high salaries and
benefits to get these plum jobs. And we got to travel all over the
world free or at substantial discount!

where was this utopia? I grew up a military brat, the socialist
center of the machine that protects those great "free markets".

a) The death penalty has never deterred murder

b) American justice has been proven fallible many times
over in applying a death sentence and finding out the
accused were innocent

c) America is one of the last remaining civilized,
