There is no public opposition to confirming Alito for the Supreme Court.
Abortion proved a cropper for the Democrats as the majority of the public
wants Alito to put some restrictions on abortion. Ted Kennedy's McCarthyite
attack on Alito, made the public sympathetic to the Republicans and disgust
for the Democrats. People for the American Way (http://www.pfaw.org) proved
a paper lion, as their politics are so extreme that the public finally
recognized that they are really the People for the kook-left way. The
Democrat argument that a Justice Alito would give President Bush dictatorial
powers also blew up in the Democrats face, as again the public is hoping
that he would give the President the powers necessary to defend us against
Islamic terrorist attacks.

John Kerry will vote "NO" on Alito. Reason given by Kerry, the fact
that Anne Coulter supports Alito is good enough reason for me to oppose him.
Is there a smaller thinker in the US Senate, than John Kerry? Teresa
Heinz's worst moment in the 2004 campaign was when John Edwards made her eat
whatever that was at Wendys. "My dogs would have enjoyed it, but I didn't."

Most Americans depend on leaders to not screw them

We've learned Bush LIES

He lied about his NG duty

He lied about Cocaine abuse

He lied about WMD

He lied about knowing Abramof

He lied about lying.

Now he's lying about the intent of his latest racist
appointee.

Mark this down, Stupid

This USSC, at some point, will strip civil liberties
from you without blinking an eye.

This USSC will side with wealth and corporate interests
against individuals consistently

Count on it.

I always wondered why George Bush chose Dan Quayle as his running mate in
'88. Maybe it's because Danny reminded of his dimwit son...
